• お支払い
  予約商品を含む全ての商品は、ご注文時に決済処理（もしくは与信確保）を行います。決済失敗・与信期限切れの際は、ご注文が自動キャンセルとなる場合がございます。

• Payment
  Payment (or payment authorization) will be processed at the time of purchase for all orders, including pre-order items.
  If payment fails or the authorization expires, the order may be automatically canceled.

• 同時購入の制限
  予約販売の商品は、出荷時期・在庫管理が他商品と異なるため、同一ルールの予約商品に限り同時購入可能です。
  通常商品・他の予約商品は別会計でご注文ください。

• Restrictions on Combined Purchases
  Pre-order items may only be purchased together with other pre-order items that follow the same shipping schedule and rules.
  Regular items and different pre-order items must be purchased in separate orders.

• 海外配送・関税
  海外向けのご注文では、関税・輸入税・通関手数料はお客様負担となる場合があります。現地税の有無・金額は国や注文金額により異なります。

• International Shipping & Customs Duties
  For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply.
  These charges vary by country and order value and are the responsibility of the customer.

• 海外配送に関する返金について
  海外配送において、関税・輸入税・通関手数料の未払い、受取拒否、または長期不在等の理由により商品が返送された場合、
  当店では以下の通り対応いたします。
  
  ・返送にかかる送料、通関手数料、その他発生した費用はお客様のご負担となります。
  ・返金が可能な場合は、上記費用を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。
  ・返送時の状況や配送会社の判断により、商品が返送されず破棄される場合があり、その場合は返金いたしかねます。
  
  あらかじめご了承のうえ、ご注文いただきますようお願いいたします。
  ご注文いただくことで、上記の条件に同意したものとみなされます。

• Refund Policy for International Shipments
  If an international shipment is returned due to unpaid import duties, taxes, customs fees, refusal of delivery, or extended absence, the following terms apply:
  
  Return shipping costs, customs fees, and other incurred charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  - If a refund is issued, these costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  - If the shipment is destroyed based on the carrier’s decision, no refund will be issued.
