International Shipping: Import Fees Are Charged Separately
For international shipments, import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other carrier-related customs clearance fees may apply.
The amount you pay at checkout includes only the item price and shipping cost. These import-related charges are not included. If applicable, these charges will be collected separately by the carrier at the time of customs clearance or delivery.
Please note that, depending on the destination country or region, import duties, taxes, and customs-related fees may apply even to low-value shipments.
In addition, the carrier handling customs clearance and local delivery may charge separate fees for customs processing, advancement of duties and taxes, or other related services.
If you receive a payment notice for import charges from the carrier, paying these charges online before delivery may help you avoid additional fees charged at the time of delivery.
The applicability and amount of these charges are determined by the laws and customs regulations of the destination country or region, as well as the carrier’s policies. PM Direct is unable to estimate or guarantee these charges in advance. All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
海外配送：関税・輸入諸費用は別途請求されます
海外への配送の場合、関税・輸入税・通関手数料、その他配送業者による通関関連手数料等が発生する場合があります。
チェックアウト時にお支払いいただくのは「商品代金＋送料」までとなり、これらの輸入諸費用は含まれておりません。輸入諸費用が発生した場合は、お荷物の配達時または通関時に配送業者より別途ご請求となります。
なお、お届け先の国・地域によっては、商品代金が少額の場合でも関税・輸入税・通関関連手数料等が発生する場合がございます。
また、現地での通関・配送を担当する配送業者により、関税・税金とは別に、通関手続きや立替払い等に伴う手数料が発生する場合があります。
関税等の支払い案内が配送業者から届いた場合は、配達前にオンラインでお支払いいただくことで、配達時の追加手数料を回避できる場合があります。
これらの費用の有無や金額は、お届け先の国・地域の法令、通関制度および配送業者の規定等により決定されます。PM Directでは事前に金額をご案内することはできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
